Award winning Born with a GIFT is a leading specialist in Coaching services for young people and businesses. Careeta Robert-Green is the Founder and Director of Born with a GIFT and is one of the UK’s youngest certified and successful Life Coaches. Having certified with Europe’s leading coaching school The Coaching Academy; she has been trained and mentored by some of the top coaches in the UK and was recently featured as the youngest “Coach in the Spotlight” on The Coaching Academy’s website reaching thousands of people across the world.

In 2009 Careeta won the Descendants Youth Achievements Award. After successfully graduating from Kingston University with a BSc(Hons) in Sociology; She went on to work for a large IT Corporate company. At the company she headed up organising training for consultants across Europe, Middle East and Africa. Even with this success, Careeta realised something was missing, she hadn’t realised her GIFT! She worked with a Life Coach who helped her to look in the future and start planning ahead. During her coaching session she had a Eureka moment that she had previously spent a lot of time talking to people and encouraging them to fulfil their dreams and plan for the future, so decided that she wanted to become a life coach herself. Her GIFT lay with coaching others to unwrap theirs!

After training as a Life coach she realised that a lot of young people do not have much confidence or motivation to achieve in life. During her teenage years Careeta experienced a period of negative beliefs and lack of self esteem, she faced various challenges with her identity and a lack of self worth which lead her to feel as though she had no real purpose. She aspired to be like other people rather than to love and appreciate who she was. As time moved on she started to identify that she did in fact have skills and GIFTS that enabled her to focus on what she was good at and be happy with who she was as an individual rather than aspiring to be someone else.

Careeta wanted to spread a positive message that we all have special skills, talents and GIFTS that we can use to help us to be successful. Born with a GIFT has been featured as a successful Young Entrepreneur in the book “Who Said you can’t be Young and Successful” which highlights young inspirational people in business. In addition they were recently featured in an article on a leading website for Young Entrepreneurs "Your Hidden Potential". Born with a GIFT are signed up with a UK leading Speakers Agency "School Speakers" which was founded by Claire Young a finalist from The Apprentice. A seasoned Vlogger, Careetais a Virgin Virgin Media Pioneer which is a scheme set up by Sir Richard Branson and has video blogs that have attracted hundreds of views on their website

During the past year Careeta has worked alongside millionaire business owners such as James Caan from Dragons Den, Stella English Winner of The Apprentice 2010 and Bev James the Director of The Coaching Academy and Entrepreneurs Business Academy. Born with a GIFT have Inspired 100’s of people whilst hosting award shows for young people and have been a judge at Young Enterprise National Enterprise competitions.

Amongst the many achievements BWAG were finalists for Young Entrepreneur of the Year and Start Up business of the Year 2010 Precious Awards. They were also finalist for Entrepreneur of the Year at Kingston University 2011 and won a Kingston University Graduate Enterprise Award 2010.

Having worked alongside some of the top entrepreneurs in the UK Careeta has managed to gain inspiration from the highest levels. She lives by the philosophy “Who said I can’t?” and works to spread a positive message that we are all Born with a GIFT.
