Born with a GIFT is a leading specialist in Coaching for young people and businesses. Having gained widespread media attention through national radio, newspapers and social media the message is very clear we are all Born with a GIFT and people are being encouraged to unwrap their inner gift. Careeta Robert-Green BSc(Hons) is the Founder and Director of Born with a GIFT. Careeta has always been passionate about self enhancement and assisting people to fulfil their dreams. For nearly a decade she has inspired many people young and old to become empowered and achieve their dreams.

In 2009 Careeta was recognised by Descendants youth group for graduation and achievement and was presented an award. Careeta returned to volunteer with Descendants youth group after she used to attend the group throughout childhood. She graduated from Kingston University in 2006 with a 2.1 in Sociology; she was then headhunted to work at a large IT Corporate company. At the company she headed up organising training for consultants across Europe, Middle East and Africa for three years. After a period of time she realised that even though she was successful in her role she was not entirely happy and decided there had to be more to life. She was referred to a Life Coach who helped her to look in the future and start planning ahead. During her coaching session she realised that she had previously spent a lot of time talking to people and encouraging them to fulfil their dreams and plan for the future, so decided that she wanted to become a life coach herself. She won a scholarship to Europe’s Leading Coaching School the Coaching Academy and after working full time and studying part-time became a fully certified life coach. She spotted a gap in the market for coaching for young people whilst at the Coaching Academy.

As she went along her journey she saw increasing demand for a service dedicated to young people so decided to set up Born with a GIFT. Many older people turn to life coaching when there is a crisis, after years of trundling along – perhaps they are made redundant, for example. She wanted to reach out to a younger generation, many of whom are not aware of coaching or how it can help them. The business was initially established for young adults aged between 18-30 however demand started to appear in different areas. There was a growing demand for youth to enhance their self belief and motivation. After conducting a workshop to a group of youth they were left so inspired that Careeta launched Born with a GIFT Youth specifically targeted at 11-18 year olds. Another area where Careeta saw a demand for was in Business there was a rise in people setting up in business and also a large number of business owners who face various challenges on a daily basis. Born with a GIFT Business was launched to work with people in business to help them uncover their own personal brand and enhance it. Born with a GIFT will continue to grow and empower those who want to move forward in life.
