These programmes are tailor made to suit individual requirements; they are focused on the individual and are highly effective ways of achieving goals due to the personal nature of the programmes. These programmes can be phone/Skype based or face to face through organisations. We are non judgemental and confidential. We support and listen to you and ask questions that help you get from where you are now to where you want to be. We are an innovative coaching company so we just break it down! Your progression and self enhancement is our mission and we work as a team to achieve this.

These programmes are fantastic as they provide a group to bounce ideas off one another. They are interactive and enable people to explore options in a structured way to achieve the best results. The Coach facilitates these sessions with no bias as they are separate from the group; as Anthony Robbins says “It’s not the questions you ask but the questions you fail to ask that makes the biggest difference”. These sessions are a productive way to engage members of a group to achieve a common goal.

1. The early Bird Catches the Worm Time Management Workshop (1 hour)

• Do you manage your time or does time manage you?
• Would you like to see how you can manage your time more effectively so that it works FOR and not AGAINST you!
• Find ways of breaking your time down so that you can free more slots and use them in ways that will benefit you.

This interactive workshop provides useful tips and techniques on how to manage time effectively. It explores how time is currently being used and presents new methods of time keeping. Participants learn how to enhance their organisational skills and benefit from new ways of managing time to ensure they are the bird that catches the worm!

2. Born with a Gift Goal Setting Workshop (1 hour)

• Do you set goals?
• Are you motivated to achieve your goals?
• How important are your goals to you?

This popular workshop explores goals, participants discover ways to achieve their goals and overcome any potential barriers before they occur. In this fully interactive workshop participants are able to discuss ways of staying motivated and focused when achieving their goals. It is fun, informative and essential in enabling people to move forward in a positive way.

3. Born with a Gift “I believe in me” Workshop (1 hour)

• Ever get that feeling that you’re not good enough?
• Do you find yourself feeling sorry, disappointed in yourself when things go wrong?
• Would you like to be a bit more confident when doing new things?
